Tickets will be mailed within 10 working days.

If an entrant’s check or credit card is dishonored by the bank or credit card company, the entry ticket(s) will be invalid unless full payment is received by prior to 12 noon, October 25, 2008.

All tickets MUST be received by Battered Mothers Resource Fund/ Ranch prior to 12 noon on Saturday, Oct. 25, 2008 to be eligible for the drawing

WINNER NEED NOT BE PRESENT. Prizes will be mailed or shipped, U.S.A  ONLY.

For a written list of winners send a self addressed envelope to the address listed below.

The winners will be determined via a random drawing on, Saturday October 25, 2008 at approximately 6:00 PM and will be notified by phone and/or mail on or before, October 28, 2008 if not present.

All proceeds, less expenses benefit Battered Mothers Resource Fund/ Ranch a nonprofit organization of which Freedom Ranch of Missouri is a part.

Purchasers of raffle tickets must legibly write (PRINT) their names on each raffle ticket, if bought through the mail Battered Mothers Resource will fill out the tickets for you and e-mail you a copy as well as mail the stubs to the address provided. Within 10 days, tickets will be validated if you have received the e-mail even if you haven’t received the mailed tickets before the drawing.

If more than one name is listed on the ticket, the first name listed shall be considered the “entrant”. Battered Mothers Resource Fund/ Ranch Shall, will and can have no obligation for delivery to any person other than the entrant.

Retain your raffle ticket stubs. In the event of any dispute or controversy concerning the winner of the drawing, you will be required to produce your raffle ticket stub.
